Self-Regulated Learning and Academic Achievement – Barry J. Zimmerman
In this article, Zimmerman defines self-regulated academic learning and pinpoints the core features and component processes of self-regulated learning for acquiring knowledge and skills. Implications for teaching practices, teacher-student interactions, and schools’ environment organization are presented.
